Ba7aR Machbooooooos

For the past 2 days the weather 9ij 9ayir 7ilow oo 7ar, so my friends and i go to Kubber after work. Today i didn't have work so i decided to cook machboos la7am for the guys. Well i let the pics speak for them selves, BTW I ADDED 4 SPECIAL INGREDIENTS that makes my machboos different than your everyday home made machboos, off course mara7 agool nor show you the pics of those 4 things ;)

Well after my third attempt was the charm...

Yesterday: Yesterday i tried to make some brownies, but i failed twice, 1st time the sugar was low and the 2nd time the cocoa was too much oo it was bitter. Then i stopped cause i kind of finished the eggs and the butter ile bil bait.

Today : Well today i tried doing them again, and my i say BRAAAAAAAAVOOOOOO, they taste sooooooo freakingly goooooood, added more sugar, also added a few other stuff just to make it taste differently...

OHH WELL ITS FOR ME ...... YUM YUM ... and no, not gona give anyone sum :))))))

and tonight am invited over a friends house oo am gona cook my special burgers ... YUM YUM

Beside my passion for speed/extreme sports/water sports ... cooking comes after them ... i love cooking so much, but i don't cook much 3ala il moshtahat .. if i felt like it and had time ... like other day i cooked a fish with mushrooms for my parents and it was realllly nice. Today i didn't have work so i decided to make bamiya marag for lunch, its my first time to do it and i wanna be honest with you all its not my recipe its some1 elses, i asked them to send me their moms recipe ... and i cooked it :) .....

I hate this day ... some ppl go crazy over it and some are miserable .... and i hate it even more cause ppl in Kuwait think its the only day of the year that you have to show your affection to your BF, GF, husband, wife, maid, driver, mother or father. Yah if you love some 1 youd have to show it every day of the year mo bs yoom wa7ed .. 10 years agoo ppl here wallah mayadroon shino ohwa only the ppl in privet schools had this day wala bagi il sha3ib mo dareen wean allah ga6hoom .... now if he/she didn't celebrated this day tingalib il dinya ......




If I Had the power i would change this day to FALAFEL DAY .... ppl would give out falafel sandwiches a7saaaaan lahoom min flowers oo teddy bears and all that crap ....

Ok this is just weird ... one of my old posts was about a hospital themed restaurant in Arizona called Heart Attack Grill ... but this is too much. This is another hospital themed restaurant/lounge in Singapore called THE CLINIC . This rest/lounge opened in 2007.
not much info about it check their site u might like it .

The Heart Attack Grill is a hospital theme restaurant. The restaurant was founded in 2005 by Jon Basso who calls himself "Dr. Jon" and dresses in a white doctor's lab coat. Basso designed the theme of the restaurant with the intent of serving "nutritional pornography," food "so bad for you it's shocking." Customers are referred to as "patients," orders as "prescriptions," and the waitresses as "nurses." The menu includes "Single," "Double," "Triple," and "Quadruple Bypass" hamburgers, ranging from half a pound to two pounds of beef, "Flatliner Fries" (cooked in pure lard), cigarettes, beer and liquor, and soft drinks. The names imply coronary artery bypass surgery, and refer to the danger of developing atherosclerosis from the food's high proportion of saturated fat and excessive caloric content. The Quadruple Bypass burger has 8,000 calories. Customers who finish a Triple or Quadruple Bypass burger are pushed in wheelchairs to their cars by the waitresses. The waitresses' nurse costumes and behavior have caused the most controversy. The waitresses wear crosses on their nurse hats, thigh-high fishnet stockings, short skirts, and low-cut tops. On occasion, they sit at the table with customers while they eat, role-play as nurses, or even jump into the arms of their customers.
